There is no licensing fee, no ongoing dependency on me, and absolutely no lock-in. You can take the code to any developer or hosting provider you choose. It's your intellectual property.

Every package includes a defined number of revision rounds — typically 2 rounds for websites and up to 3 for SaaS builds. I also build incrementally with regular check-ins, so most clients find that significant surprises are rare by launch. Revisions are based on the agreed scope — new features requested mid-build are scoped separately.

Primarily via WhatsApp for day-to-day updates and quick questions — this keeps things fast and async-friendly across timezones. For detailed briefs, feedback, or documents, we use email. I send progress updates every 2–3 days with screenshots or working links. Video calls are available at project kickoff and at key milestones.

Being in IST (Bengaluru) means I have natural overlap with both UK mornings and US evenings. I'm responsive within 4 hours during my working day and always provide written updates so you're never left wondering what's happening.

Every project includes a post-launch support period (2 weeks for SaaS builds, 1 week for websites) during which I fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost. Beyond that, I offer an optional monthly support retainer. I don't disappear after handover — my reputation depends on your product working well, and I take that seriously.

Absolutely. I'm happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any detailed project discussions. Client confidentiality is something I take seriously. If you have a specific NDA template you use, send it over. If you don't have one, I can provide a standard mutual NDA template for us to sign before we begin.

50% deposit upfront to begin, 50% on delivery before final code handover. For larger projects, we can agree a milestone-based payment structure. Payments are via Razorpay (India, UPI, cards) or Stripe/Wise for international clients. I send a formal invoice for every payment.
